Ctrl+C Warning

I use the clipboard and Ctrl+c many times a day to cut down on typing — passwords, URLs, etc.

Check out this article "Don’t use Ctrl+c while browsing Internet – It is very dangerous".
The good news is that it does not seem to work in FireFox, but with Internet Explorer, your clipboard could be an easy target. Ouch.

  1. One more reason to avoid Internet Explorer altogether.

Harold, I have tried, but without success. Our Best Buy stores have reqard cards where you get essentially gift certificates based upon what you purchase. They have now started sending them out in email for you to print and take to the store. Yesterday I tried unsuccessfully to print mine (you have only 2 trys) and finally called tech support. After about an hour of unsuccess, I found small print which indicated that it would only print through IE. I asked the tech support if they used Active-X, and asked her to forward my frustration to management. She was unable to do that and said it would not work on “IE” either, only “Internet Explorer.” It was at that time that I gave up. :-(
